Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products and services. Please note that all purchases are nonrefundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Kindly reach out to our customer service team at help@herprofessionalconsulting.com to discuss any rescheduling needs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with exceptional products and services.


Our policy is indefinite. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products at this time.


No refunds.

No cancellations on already placed orders.

No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped.

Discount codes cannot be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase.  Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order at help@herprofessionalconsulting.com


Damages, Lost or Stolen:

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for your package. 


In the event that you do NOT purchase shipping protection and your package is lost, damaged or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier and or filing a claim.

Cancellation Refunds Policy:

Should you decide to cancel your order, it must be done before the order is shipped. Once approved, refunds are automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at help@herprofessionalconsulting.com


Exchanges:
Unfortunately, We do not accept returns/exchanges at this time.
